Open the CURO app and press the large red SOS button. Select emergency type from the quick-select: Cardiac, Trauma, Stroke, Respiratory, Maternity, Pediatric, Burns, or Poisoning. A 5-second countdown gives you time to cancel if accidental — then dispatch fires automatically. Works on 2G. SMS fallback for no-data situations.

Our ML dispatch engine evaluates every available ambulance unit across Hyderabad simultaneously — factoring GPS distance, real-time traffic, ambulance type (BLS/ALS/ACLS), current load, hospital bed availability, and speciality match. The optimal unit and destination hospital are assigned in under 3 seconds.

The assigned driver receives the patient's GPS location and optimal route instantly on their CURO Driver app. The patient simultaneously sees the ambulance moving on a live map with the driver's name, unit ID, vehicle registration, and a continuously updating ETA.

The destination hospital ER receives a live alert with: patient name & age, emergency type, blood group (if on profile), allergies, ambulance ETA, unit type, and incoming vitals if the paramedic is transmitting. The hospital can accept or request a redirect to a closer facility. Trauma bay preparation begins immediately.

All registered family members receive an automatic SMS + WhatsApp message with: patient's last known location, which hospital they're heading to, ambulance unit ID, and a shareable live tracking link. No calls needed — your family knows immediately.

On arrival — no forms, no queue, no delay. Escorted directly to the prepared ER bay. Insurance and TPA verification runs in parallel during transit. Paperwork is done before you arrive.
